On Demand has ruined my life!

GAH!  Since there is no such thing as On Demand in Canada I have been going ape shit with television in the good ol’ United States (at my Mum’s house). I know. The unemployed life is pretty fucking lame. I hate not working. Why? Because I am one materialistic ass bitch. I love money and spending it. Between the time of tweaking my resume, spending time at Kinkos for printing off extra portfolio pages for interviews and filling out  info at various job search websites, you get exhausted, hopeless and agitated.  I’ve taken treadmill and wii fit breaks that leave me feeling good and full of endorphins.  I will be honest though, when working on all this shit I do sit at the kitchen bar and “listen” to the television.  Because of on Demand I have nothing to look forward to! I have seriously fucked myself out of waiting for shows.  Like that time I was “saving” myself for marriage. I feel like I have nothing to look forward to in t.v. land.  The despair!

Monogram bags have never had the dark brown Damier handles before, it looks all wrong.  I think what is throwing me off is the soccer patch work. Maybe they should try this with the Epi Leather.  Yeah! A red Epi Speedy 30 soccer-esque bag. Iwish there were a red Epi Speedy! I’d buy. I want to seriously drop kick this monogram bag badly.

Today is THE day!

Today is a historical day for the United States. I feel proud to know that my vote was counted with many others who believe in Barack Obama, our 44th president.

Anyone else feelin’ this? I know that Sunday was the premiere was last night in the U.S. but I’m in the land of Maple Leaves and tonight was the premiere.  I guess my Mum watched it because it was already on On Demand. Since I already had been wanting to watch it and having my Mum vouch that it was awesome, I wanted to watch it even more. I know, most people don’t agree with what their parents think is cool, but I trust her word. My Mum is cool…she loves her Blackberry, she plays Wii, rocks Betsy Johnson bags and even tried to make her own Cherry Wine! Which totally didn’t work out because that shit was too boozy. Is there such a thing? Yeah. Those home wine kits are a no go.  Not that I think Mums should, but we’ve purchased luxury brand bags for her and homegirl ain’t havin’ it. They sit in the dust bags in the closet just waiting for a chance to be used.
