I don't have issues falling asleep, it's the getting up that annoys me. I had an internal clock that woke me up at 8am! I guess that was from school. I just woke up now & it's 10am. I remember once I took 3 Tylenol 3s because I heard they knock you out... and threw up. I rely on Gravol for sleep... I guess the effects just cancel themselves out. But I usually fall asleep fine, it's the dragging-myself-to-bed thing that I can't do. Sleeping pills just make me sick.
